本課程目標在介紹宋代以置於明代道教各個流派的形成、發展和哲學觀點。包括宋代內丹道派的南、北二宗,天心、神霄、清微等雷法道派,明代的淨明道等。課程中會介紹這些道派的創始者生平,宗奉的神明體系,指導徒眾修煉的功法,哲學上的觀點,以及道教與理學和佛教的互動關係。除此之外,受到道教新發展而出現的文獻紀錄,如洪邁的《夷堅志》,也反映出許多這段時期的道教現象。魏晉時期的道教與現代人認知中的道教大不相同,宋明時期的道教開始逐漸產生現代道教所具有的各種特點。同學在修課過程中,應先放下自己對現代道教的諸多想像,回到過去道教的發展和成形的時期,重新認識真實歷史中的道教是何種面貌。The goal of this course is to introduce the formation, development and philosophical views of various Taoist schools from the Song Dynasty to the Ming Dynasty. Including the Southern and Northern Neidan Taoist sects of the Song Dynasty, the Leifa Taoist sects such as Tianxin, Shenxiao, and Qingwei, and the Jingming Taoist sect of the Ming Dynasty. The course will introduce the lives of the founders of these Taoist sects, the system of gods worshiped by the sects, the exercises that guide disciples to practice, philosophical viewpoints, and the interactive relationship between Taoism, Neo-Confucianism and Buddhism. In addition, the documentary records that emerged due to the new development of Taoism, such as Hong Mai's "Yi Jian Zhi", also reflect many Taoist phenomena during this period. Taoism in the Wei and Jin Dynasties was very different from the Taoism in modern people's perception. Taoism in the Song and Ming Dynasties gradually began to develop various characteristics of modern Taoism. During the course, students should first let go of their many imaginations about modern Taoism, go back to the development and formation period of Taoism in the past, and re-understand what Taoism looked like in real history.
