本課程旨在了解高齡者身心與晚年健康之間的關係,詳述人在上了年紀後可能面臨的健康狀態與健康問題, 從而導入老年運動設計規劃從休閒活動概念導入,並依運動理論與各種功能型態的老人分類適合運動,培養老年運動設計規劃的系統概念This course aims to understand the relationship between physical and mental and physical health of seniors and their later years of health, and describes the health conditions and health problems that people may face after they are in the year. From this, it will be introduced into the elderly sports design planning from the concept of leisure activities, and according to the sports treatment discussion and various functional types of elderly people, it is suitable for sports and cultivates the system concept of elderly sports design planning.
