8530 - 法律問題爭議演習
教育目標 Course Target
本課程的目的在於：透過練習國家考試的考題的答題為目標，幫助同學能更好的預備國家考試。本課程將由林更盛老師邀請最近已經考上律師的學長/姐—包括陳律安、劉旻翰、湯建軒、劉建志、洪紹穎、甘芸甄、吳亞澂、陳昱璇、趙寶珊 回校，規劃每周練題目的進度，並在課堂上同學答題，之後由授課學長姐批改修正答題，以強化同學的答題能力、組織架構能力、提升成績。本學期預計上課 16 次，限定名額為 20 名。上課同學務必全程參與，以提升學習成效。
The purpose of this course is to: to practice the answers to the questions of the national exam questions as the goal, and to help students better prepare for national exams. This course will be invited by Teacher Lin Gengsheng to invite the senior/sisters who have recently been admitted to lawyers - including Chen Luan, Liu Minhan, Tom Jianhua, Liu Jianzhi, Hong Shuo, Gan Yunzhen, Wu Yacheng, Chen Yuxuan, and Zhao Baoshan to return to school, plan the progress of weekly training questions, and answer questions in classmates. After that, the senior sister will correct the answer questions to enhance the students' answering skills, organizational structure skills, and improve their achievements. This period is expected to take 16 classes, with a limited number of 20. Students in the previous class must participate in the entire process to improve learning effectiveness.
