8530 - 法律問題爭議演習
教育目標 Course Target
本課程的目的在於：透過練習國家考試的考題的答題為目標，幫助同學能更好的預備國家考試。本課程將由林更盛老師邀請最近已經考上律師的學長/姐—包括陳律安、劉旻翰、湯建軒、劉建志、洪紹穎、甘芸甄、吳亞澂、陳昱璇、趙寶珊 回校，規劃每周練題目的進度，並在課堂上同學答題，之後由授課學長姐批改修正答題，以強化同學的答題能力、組織架構能力、提升成績。本學期預計上課 16 次，限定名額為 20 名。上課同學務必全程參與，以提升學習成效。
The purpose of this course is to help students better prepare for the national examination by practicing the answers to the national examination questions. In this course, teacher Lin Gengsheng will invite senior students who have recently been admitted to the bar, including Chen Lu'an, Liu Minhan, Tang Jianxuan, Liu Jianzhi, Hong Shaoying, Gan Yunzhen, Wu Yachen, Chen Yuxuan, and Zhao Baoshan, to return to school to plan the progress of weekly practice questions and answer the questions in class. Afterwards, the senior students will correct and correct the answers to strengthen the students' answering ability, organizational structure ability, and improve their performance. There are expected to be 16 classes this semester, with a limited quota of 20 students. Students must participate in the entire class to improve learning effectiveness.
