本課程的目的在於讓修課同學了解基本的法律實務操作，並且熟悉司法文書的撰寫與應用方式，理解司法實務操作過程，進而掌握法律專業思考方式，增進對於法學理論之理解。
The purpose of this course is to allow students to understand the basic legal practice operations, be familiar with the writing and application methods of judicial books, understand the operation process of judicial practice, and then master the professional thinking methods of law, and increase their understanding of legal theory.
