本課程的目的在於讓修課同學了解基本的法律實務操作，並且熟悉司法文書的撰寫與應用方式，理解司法實務操作過程，進而掌握法律專業思考方式，增進對於法學理論之理解。
The purpose of this course is to enable students to understand basic legal practice operations, become familiar with the writing and application of judicial documents, understand the judicial practice operation process, and then master the way of thinking in the legal profession and enhance their understanding of legal theory.
