Economic Criminal Law
教育目標 Course Target
年來，經濟犯罪日益嚴重，有別於一般犯罪，經濟犯罪之行為人多為白領階級，不法獲利卻數倍乃至數百倍於一般犯罪。本課程將從犯罪學、刑事法學、刑事政策以及國際法的角度探討經濟犯罪，希望在課堂上的討論，能對於經濟刑法有進一步的瞭解。
In recent years, economic crimes have become increasingly serious. They are different from ordinary crimes. The perpetrators of economic crimes are mostly white-collar workers, and the illegal profits are several times or even hundreds of times that of ordinary crimes. This course will explore economic crime from the perspectives of criminology, criminal law, criminal policy and international law. We hope that the discussion in class will provide a further understanding of economic criminal law.
