■ Course Contents
1. Understand the rules of wool, foot, table, and network balls and cultivate good sports habits.
2. Be able to go off the field and enjoy the fun of playing basketball.
3. Understand basic movements of sluts, feet, tables, and netballs and self-correct practice methods.
4. Understand the basic concepts of physical fitness and related knowledge about sports safety.
