■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
人口結構是影響社會發展或形構社會問題的重要背景機制,且人口結構的變遷更常讓這些社會問題呈現持續性與跨世代性的動態後果,透過分析、討論人口特性、數量、分布、健康保健以及壽命,希望訓練同學能夠思考相關問題,並發掘現階段可能解決高齡化持續趨勢下所衍生之社會問題的策略。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
目前因面臨人口老化、少子化、疾病形態與醫療國際化等轉變,因此健康醫療保健的標準和需求也隨之改變。但人口變遷、健康促進、慢性病防治等,皆都有賴於公共衛生的專業知識與觀點搭配,以其加以整合才能解決高齡化持續趨勢下所衍生之社會問題。

■ Course Contents
Currently, due to changes such as population aging, declining birthrate, disease patterns, and medical internationalization, the standards and needs for health care are also changing. However, demographic changes, health promotion, chronic disease prevention and treatment, etc. all rely on the professional knowledge and perspectives of public health. Only through integration can we solve the social problems arising from the continued trend of aging.
