課程目標: 透過現行社會法實務問題, 了解現行社會法總則性規範的必要性, 同時培養社會法跨國比較之能力.

社會法的行政程序

Course objectives: Through current social law practical issues, understand the necessity of the general principles and norms of current social law, and at the same time cultivate the ability to compare social laws across countries.

The relationship between social law and other fields of law

sources of social law
right to claim social benefits
Administrative procedures of social law
