本課程目的在於講授智慧財產權法之基本體系與理論架構，並配合我國實務案例進行與分析比較。特別是近年來智慧財產權法為因應社會變遷、產業發展及國際合作，多有修正與變革，因此本課程首先說明我國法制基本觀念與原理，並逐條評析，其次強調重點分析其變革、司法及行政實務上議題及國際趨勢，並強化歐洲相關規範之比較法講解，讓同學更深入認識智慧財產權及相關議題解決方式。
本學期重點放在專利的客體與主體。
The purpose of this course is to teach the basic system and theoretical structure of intellectual property law, and to conduct analysis and comparison with practical cases in my country. In particular, in recent years, intellectual property laws have undergone many revisions and changes in response to social changes, industrial development and international cooperation. Therefore, this course first explains the basic concepts and principles of our country's legal system and analyzes them one by one. Secondly, it emphasizes the key analysis of its changes, judicial and Issues and international trends in administrative practice, and the comparative law explanation of relevant European norms will be strengthened to allow students to have a deeper understanding of intellectual property rights and solutions to related issues.
