■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
教導學生於現代資訊化社會，大量使用網際網路之情況下，如何保護自己之個人資料不被濫行蒐集使用致使自己權利受損，已為重要之問題。教導學生認識個人資料的本質為何及如何保護自己之個人資料不被違法利用，以及探究在現今人工智慧發展涉及的個資保護議題，為本課程之首要目標。

個人資料保護法之概說，蒐集、處理與利用之限制規範。
介紹歐盟與日本關於個資保護之重要規範。

Teaching students how to protect their personal data from being collected and used by modern information society and causing their rights to be damaged is an important problem. Teaching students how to understand the nature of personal data and how to protect themselves from illegal use, and exploring the personal data protection topics involved in the development of artificial intelligence today is the primary goal of this course.

The summary of the Personal Data Protection Law, restrictions on collection, processing and utilization.
Introduction to the important regulations of the EU and Japan on personal protection.
