(十二)以科學研究建構景觀植栽理論之能力(一)認識各類型觀賞植物，包括耐陰植物、草花、多肉、香草、地被、雜草、草坪、本土植物、誘鳥植物等，以及植物本身的各種觀賞特性。Course objectives:
(1) Understand the considerations of various types of ornamental plants in planting design
(2) Application of aesthetics, principles, functions and sense of space in planting
(3) Expression of planting and arrangement
(4) Various ornamental plant materials are used in environments and planting design techniques of different scales and different degrees of naturalness (from urban to wild).
(5) Consideration of plant adaptability to different environments
(6) Training on professional abilities in plant selection and allocation
(7) Verify the theories learned through classroom classes, seminars, assignments, visits, etc.
