題目一 : 都市紋理觀察
說明：台灣的都市發展沒有經過都市設計階段，直接進行都市計畫。它以量化的
科學和法規遂行土地使用分區的編定和管制，再以細則來規範建築。台灣
的都市發展因而缺乏各自的特色。基隆的內港、桃園的埤塘、台中的水圳、
台南的運河、高雄的海港等在都市計畫之下看不出個別的願景。
建築人一定要有都市設計的概念，建築一定要對都市鄰里散發善意，這樣
才能促進更積極與友善的外部公共空間的成形。
本設計期待同學們先用一種抽離的、抽象的視角來觀察與審視台中市的中
心區，用「心」來看、來聽、來思考。
主旨：從台中市街圖探索台中城區(環線內)的街廓性格。個別選定因放射狀(扇狀)
都市街廓形成的三角交匯區域(intermediate or transitional areas)進行探討。
成果：1.以圖像和立體紙板模型為媒材，表達所選研究區塊的性格與特質。
2.以手稿來描繪所選區塊的「現象的開展」。

題目二 : 轉角的風景—青年共享住宅和劇場
主旨：延續設計題目一對都市的觀察心得，在五權路與梅川相會的三角地上，設
計施工中的「希堤微旅-2」的增建附屬建築。
關鍵字：轉角的建築語義學(semantics)。
尺度scale。元件element。構成parti。
基地：如附件。基地位於台中市西區五權路、民生路和梅川東路交會所形成的三
角形街廓的角端。基地面積465.8 m2。「希堤微旅-2」基地面積340 m2。
建蔽率70%，容積率280%。建築退縮規定自道路退縮4公尺騎樓地。。
內容：
店鋪一間：設置於一樓，為輕食咖啡或簡餐廳，兼販售文創工作者作品和展覽或講座相關之商品。樓地板約60 m2。
小型劇場：實驗型劇場，需有階梯座位(可為活動式)。考慮後台空間和表演者相關休息、準備室等。樓地板約390 m2。
共享住宅：一房一廳和studio兩種房型，並設置下列共享空間：廚房、交誼廳、工作坊、運動房、洗衣房等。樓地板約450 m2。其中住房約10戶，每戶24 m2至30 m2，其餘共享空間約160 m2。
其他：門廳、梯廳、管理辦公室、公共廁所 (含一無障礙廁所)、走道、垃圾收集室等。樓地板約400 m2。
室外：開放空間請積極考慮與梅川園道之關係。
連結：與「希堤微旅-2」的連結只能考慮從一樓後院和夾層以橋式建築連結。新建物外牆不得緊靠現有建築。
停車：不考慮設置汽車停車場，使用旅店地下倉儲式機械停車場。但需考慮機車和腳踏車停車空間。
樓高：建築物高度不超過5層樓為原則。
操作：構成-parti練習：
1，都市街角分析。
2，探索配置構成的線索。
3，空間構成。
設計發展
1，diagram 圖解設計發展。
2，以環境模型探討建築配置。
3，以大尺度草模型探討內部空間、自然光影等內部環境品質。
4，材料與構築概念發展。
設計成果內容：
1，設計說明：圖解diagram、概念模為主，文字為輔。
2，基本圖：配置圖1:300，各層平面圖 1:100，兩向剖面圖 1:100，局部
大樣剖面圖 1:20。
3，效果圖：等角爆炸圖(blow-up isometric)說明各部構件和材料。
透視圖展現設計概念主軸。可以選擇外觀或剖面透視圖。
4，設計集：同學將設計過程草圖，上課、草評、總評和正圖匯集成冊。
編排與紀錄所走過的設計過程，也是一種設計練習。

Topic: Explore the street character of Taichung City District (inside the circular) from Taichung City Street Pictures. Dislike the radioactivity state (fan condition)
The intermediate or transitional areas formed by urban streets are explored.
Results: 1. Using image and three-dimensional paperboard models as media, expressing the personality and characteristics of the selected research blocks.
2. Use manuscript to describe the "Discovery of the Figure" of the selected area.

Base: As attachment. The base is located in the Wuqu Road, Minsheng Road and Meichuan East Road intersection in Xi District, Taichung City
Corner end of the corner street. The base area is 465.8 m2. The base area of "Xidi Weibuo-2" is 340 m2.
The construction rate is 70%, and the capacity is 280%. Building retraction regulations stipulate that the building will be reduced by 4 meters from the road. .

Storefront: It is set on the first floor, which is a light coffee or a simple restaurant, and also sells works of creative workers and products related to exhibitions or lectures. The floor is about 60 m2.
Small drama: Experimental drama, with staircase seats (can be active). Consider the backstage space and performers' rest and preparation rooms, etc. The floor is about 390 m2.
Shared residence: one bedroom, one living room and studio room, and the following shared spaces are set up: kitchen, delivery room, workshop, sports room, laundry room, etc. The floor is about 450 m2. Among them, there are about 10 housing units, each of which is 24 m2 to 30 m2, and the remaining shared space is about 160 m2.
Others: doors, stairs, management offices, public toilets (including an accessible toilet), walkways, garbage collection rooms, etc. The floor is about 400 m2.
Outdoor: Please consider the relationship between the opening space and Meichuan Garden Road.
Link: The link with "Xidi Weiwei Travel-2" can only consider linking bridge-style buildings from the backyard and the mattress on the first floor. New exterior walls shall not be restricted to existing buildings.
Parking: Do not consider setting up a car parking lot, use the hotel underground storage mechanical parking lot. But you need to consider the motor and foot parking space.
Floor height: The principle is that the building height does not exceed 5 floors.

Design Development
1. Diagram diagram design development.
2. Explore building configuration using environmental models.
3. Use large-scale grass model to explore the internal environmental quality of internal space, natural light and shadow.

Design results content:
1. Design description: mainly diagram diagram, concept model, and text.
2. Basic diagram: Configuration diagram 1:300, each layer plan 1:100, two-way section diagram 1:100, local
Large-sample section diagram 1:20.
3. Effect diagram: Blow-up isometric explains the components and materials of each part.
Transparent picture shows the main axis of design concept. External or cross-sectional perspective can be selected.
4. Design set: Students will design process sketches, class, draft reviews, total reviews and formal picture editing integration.
The design process that is carried out in the compilation and recording is also a design practice.
