教育目標 Course Target

課程目標:如何在當代科技發展蓬勃︑全球化與在地化的交互浪潮中,重新檢視『新媒體藝術』在當代所 扮演的角色? 課程內涵:本課程的內容旨在培養具有多元跨域視野的當代藝術相關領域人才。台灣具備了數位科技的環 境基礎,提供新媒體藝術發展的優越條件。此課程的內容除了幫助學生以水平式廣泛地認識當代科技時代 下的新混血(hybrid)藝術樣態與相關衍生的議題,拓展其當代新媒體藝術史的涵養,也企圖培養學生垂直 式地深入反思當代現象與批判藝術現況的能力。Course goal: How to re-examine the role of "new media art" in contemporary society amid the vigorous development of contemporary science and technology and the interactive wave of globalization and localization. 課程概述 Course Description

本課程欲以自然、人文與藝術的跨域角度,探討數位科技時代下的新媒體藝術。以台灣新媒體藝術發展為主,國際新媒體藝術現況為輔,課程著重探討新媒體藝術中多元創作的型態與相關藝術家作品分析。幫助學生拓展對於新媒體藝術史與藝術創作的視野。
This course aims to explore new media art in the digital technology era from a cross-disciplinary perspective of nature, humanities and art. Focusing on the development of new media art in Taiwan and supplemented by the current situation of international new media art, the course focuses on exploring the diverse creation styles in new media art and analyzing the works of related artists. Help students expand their horizons on new media art history and artistic creation.
