本課程透過講授、討論與書寫反思,培養學生具備障礙就業與福利政策的理解與分析能力。主要內容包括:
1.探討障礙概念的多元論述以及相關理論展,引導學生從歷史的時空中看見「障礙」如何被重新定義、發展以及反思障礙者與障礙社會的交織互動。
3.連結障礙與社會工作,導入心理社會及社會工作相關理論,增進對障礙者發展 特性與需求的基本認識。
2.從政策分析架構,探討障礙者就業、福利、照顧等相關政策立法及實務運作。
This course cultivates students' understanding and analysis of obstacles and welfare policies through lectures, discussions and book reflections. Main contents include:
1. Explore the diverse theories of the concept of obstacles and the relevant theory exhibition, and guide students to see from the time and space of history how "obstacles" are redefined, developed, and reflect on the interaction between the disabled and the obstacle society.
3. Connect obstacles and social work, introduce psychological social and social work related theories, and enhance the basic understanding of the development characteristics and needs of the obstacles.
2. From the policy analysis structure, explore the legislation and practical operations of obstacles in related policies such as business, welfare, and care.
