Social Work Professional Values and Ethics
教育目標 Course Target
社會工作實務過程中，常會遇到許多倫理與價值的抉擇與判斷議題。本課程擬透過理論及實務整合之教學方法，學生除了需閱讀課堂準備的教學資料外，亦期待藉由案例的討論，培養學生分析與批判能力，以期待後續能應用於職場。整體而言，本課程的目的在於增進學生了解對社會工作價值與個人價值如何影響專業服務過程的知識，並能更符合社會工作倫理要求提供專業服務。
In the process of social work practice, we often encounter many ethical and value choices and judgment issues. This course intends to use a teaching method that integrates theory and practice. In addition to reading the teaching materials prepared in class, students are also expected to develop their analytical and critical skills through case discussions, so that they can be applied in the workplace. Overall, the purpose of this course is to enhance students' knowledge of how social work values and personal values affect the professional service process, and to provide professional services that are more consistent with social work ethical requirements.
