本課程希冀透過分析地方自治理論、自治類型、權力構造、中央與地方關係、以及地方府會關係等相關面向，一方面培養學生對地方自治的認知與研究動機，另一方面則讓學生明瞭地方自治、地方分權、以及民主政治的相關性。This course hopes to analyze local autonomy discussions, types of autonomy, power structures, central and local relations, and local government associations, etc., on the one hand, cultivate students' awareness and research mechanisms on local autonomy, and on the other hand, let students understand the place. The correlation between autonomy, local division, and democratic politics.
