The content includes industry competition analysis, manufacturer strategies, internal resource allocation and coordination of enterprises, etc. This course will help students understand the economic theories related to industrial competition, manufacturer strategies and corporate organization, and be able to apply economic theory to explain the strategic implications of industry and manufacturer behavior, and then be able to apply economic analysis to solve corporate management decision-making problems.
這是一門跨學科的課程,以交易成本的觀點來解析經濟組織(主要是企業)的管理問題。涵蓋主題為:管理學中的溝通、協題和誘因問題。經由這門課,學生可瞭解企業的運作模式和管理問題的本質,並對這些問題的解決有初步的掌握。
This is an interdisciplinary course that analyzes management issues of economic organizations (mainly enterprises) from a transaction cost perspective. The topics covered are: communication, coordination and inducement issues in management. Through this course, students can understand the operating model of enterprises and the nature of management problems, and have a preliminary grasp of the solutions to these problems.
