數理統計為碩士班一年級的必修課程,課程主要教授統計理論與概念,為其他統計相關課程的理論基礎,並培養學生修習更高深與統計相關之課程的能力。本課程藉由定義解析、定理推導與實例講解過程,由淺入深的引導學生學習理論和掌握機率與統計的基本理論與概念。
課程內容包括機率基本定義、定理、分配與收斂概念等,統計部分介紹相關的點估計、檢定與區間估計等各種不同的方法與理論,並藉由小樣本與大樣本評量其優劣。
Mathematical statistics is a compulsory course for the first-level judiciary class. The course mainly teaches theories and concepts, is the theoretical foundation of other statistical-related courses, and cultivates students' ability to study higher-level and statistical-related courses. This course uses definitive analysis, theorem guidance and example explanations to guide students in learning theoretical theory and mastering the basic theorems and concepts of chance and statistics from a pure and deeper perspective.
The course content includes basic definition of chance, theorem, allocation and income concept, etc. The statistical part introduces various different methods and theories such as related point estimation, confirmation and regional estimation, and evaluates their advantages and disadvantages through small samples and large samples.
