教育目標 Course Target

1. 介紹各種靜態及動態的創新理論模型,以分析企業獲利的關鍵因素及其因素間的關聯性。 2. 透過這些相關的創新理論及實證發現,輔以個案討論與報告撰寫,以提升學生的創新管理能力。 3. 介紹創業管理相關理論與實務,以克服從創新進入創業階段所可能碰到的各種困難。1. Introduce various static and dynamic innovation theoretical models to analyze the key factors of corporate profitability and the correlation between factors. 2. Through these relevant innovation theories and empirical findings, supplemented by case discussions and report writing, students' innovation management capabilities will be improved. 3. Introduce relevant theories and practices of entrepreneurial management to overcome various difficulties that may be encountered when moving from innovation to entrepreneurship.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程在研討創新管理對應於<產業創新議題>及<企業創新應用>之策略規劃作為,透過個案研討及企業案例的導入,探討<產品創新><製程創新><服務創新>與<管理創新>等多元範疇之規劃實施及評估控制,提供企業管理者應用創新管理之有效學習。
This course studies the strategic planning of innovation management corresponding to "Industrial Innovation Issues" and "Enterprise Innovation Applications". Through case studies and the introduction of enterprise cases, it explores "Product Innovation", "Process Innovation", "Service Innovation" and "Management Innovation". >Planning, implementation, evaluation and control in diverse areas such as this provide business managers with effective learning in the application of innovation management.
