產業分析是公司經營,特別是擬定策略的關鍵議題,本課程希望能對產業特性、產業結構、產業動態競爭、產業政策等議題,在課程中有深入的分析與討論。並希望能在課程之後,幫助同學對於幾個特別具有未來性的產業,有進一步的瞭解。
本課程所提及的戰術與範例強調的是如何找出你企業的獨特性,然後發展此種特色的策略,並且幫企業從中獲利。本課程的策略分析以四個步驟的程序協助你決定你應該如何成長、縮編、進入新市場、掌握一種利基、成為業界領袖、將競爭對手逐出市場、快速的創新、模仿競爭對手。因此課程中我們詳細描述以下各項要素的原因與如何進行:
• 評估你公司的策略定位。
• 進行產業分析。
• 評估競爭壓力與評估對競爭對手價格與非價格策略的反應。
• 面對新進業者。
• 建立可以長期維持的競爭優勢。Industry analysis is a key issue for company operations, especially for determining strategies. This course hopes to have in-depth analysis and discussion on industry characteristics, industry structure, industry dynamic competition, industry policy and other issues. I also hope to help students learn more about several industries that are particularly future-oriented after the course.
The war and examples mentioned in this course emphasize how to find out the unique characteristics of your business, then develop this unique strategy, and help the business make profits. The strategy analysis of this course uses four steps to help you decide how you should grow, refine, enter a new market, master a niche, become a leader in the industry, drive competition opponents out of the market, innovate quickly, and imitate competition opponents. Therefore, during the course we describe in detail the reasons and how to do the following elements:
• Evaluate your company's strategic positioning.
• Conduct industry analysis.
• Evaluate the reaction of competitive pressure and evaluation on competition against mobile prices and non-price strategies.
• Facing new employees.
• Establish competitive advantages that can be maintained for a long time.
