The aims of this course are:
1. To introduce participants to emergent computing paradigms such as Parallel computing and Cluster computing,
2. To introduce participants to emergent computing paradigms such as Grid computing and Cloud computing,
3. To provide lectures and practical courses on novel techniques to achieve scalability, elasticity, programming, on Cloud.
4. To present IaaS and PaaS cloud systems.
5. To present cloud services and applications.
雲(cloud) -設置主機(IDC)中心,由網際網路(internet)連接到各式各樣的設備、基礎設施、共享設備、虛擬化機器或儲存設備等相關整併過的硬體設備(consolidation)。
端(devices)-讓使用者透過各種端點設備,利用瀏覽器使用雲端的各種服務,此等設備包括電腦、PAD、手機及其他的裝置。
運(operation) -在雲端設備上所提供的各種運算服務、各種平台應用服務、開放給系統業者整合運用,例如影音服務、各式各樣的網際網路系統加值服務等。
算(charge)-服務提供者可針對服務使用者提出相當的計價模式及服務水準(SLA Service Level Agreement ),針對不同的使用者有不同的計價與服務水準,例如租用網路主機的費用及資訊安全服務費用、每年主機或網路可用率的限制等。Cultivate students to have practical theoretical foundations and practical creative abilities for cloud computing and services, and understand the concepts and applications of cloud computing and services.

cloud - Set up the host (IDC) center, which is connected to various hardware consolidation such as equipment, basic facilities, shared equipment, virtualized machines or storage equipment, etc.
Devices - allows users to use various cloud services through various endpoint devices, including computers, PADs, mobile phones and other devices.
Operation - Various computing services, various platform application services provided on cloud devices, and open to system operators for integrated use, such as audio and video services, various online network system value-added services, etc.
Charge - Service providers can propose a corresponding pricing model and service level for service users, and have different pricing and service level for different users, such as the fees for renting online hosts and information security service fees, annual host or network availability limits, etc.
