本課程分為上下兩學期，本學期邀請4位講者作專題演講，講者包括學者、企業經營者或智庫相關人員，演講主題涵蓋公司治理相關數位轉型、智慧科技、二代接班、永續經營等議題，透過座談分享企業經營管理、公司治理上所遇到的挑戰與案例分享，希望透過講座討論讓學生了解到現今永續經營環境面上所必須面對的議題與可參考的案例。This course is divided into two semesters. This semester, four speakers are invited to give special speeches. The speakers include scholars, business operators or think tank personnel. The speech topics cover corporate governance-related digital transformation, smart technology, second-generation succession, and sustainability. Management and other topics, through the forum to share the challenges encountered in business management and corporate governance and case sharing, it is hoped that through the lecture discussion, students can understand the issues that must be faced in today's sustainable management environment and the cases that can be referenced.
全學期規劃安排5至6位富實務經驗的演講者，藉由課前研析演講背景資料，以及課程進行中與演講者互動，期待同學獲致豐富的環境、產業知識，深刻瞭解公司治理與經營管理各項課題。
