本課程從台灣接班傳承的整體性架構,即本業接班、財富傳承及文化延續的觀點下,解析家族企業組織變革的關鍵成功要素 (CSFs),並序漸進,闡述接班人進行組織變革時必須具備的關鍵能力。且以實際案例為討論個案,讓學生充分瞭解家族企業進行組織變革管理時,領導人的因應之道,為未來的家族企業創新規劃做好準備,並建立以新策略為核心的組織。
This course analyzes the critical success factors (CSFs) of family business organizational changes from the perspective of Taiwan's overall structure of succession, that is, industry succession, wealth inheritance and cultural continuation.
