教育目標 Course Target
台灣大部分的企業都是家族企業，即便是上市櫃公司，大部分也是家族企業，上市櫃公司如何做好家族治理與對公司治理非常重要。
家族強調感性，公司強調理性。某些企業忙著拼產能、拼市場、拼績效、拼股價，卻忽略了「誰是接班人？」不知如何發掘、培養、打造「可持續接班梯隊」。本課程分別從理論與實務，並參考聖經及其他經典，歸納傳承與接班模式，以確保企業的永續經營。
Most companies in Taiwan are family businesses. Even listed companies are mostly family businesses. It is very important for listed companies to do good family governance and corporate governance.
The family emphasizes sensibility, while the company emphasizes rationality. Some companies are busy competing for production capacity, market, performance, and stock price, but they have ignored "Who is the successor?" They do not know how to discover, cultivate, and build a "sustainable succession team." From theory and practice, and with reference to the Bible and other classics, this course summarizes the inheritance and succession model to ensure the sustainable operation of the enterprise.
