決策乃是結合邏輯思考、規劃、方法應用等的活動。決策的過程從先前的問題判斷、分析,到執行過程的控制、方法的選擇,直到最後問題的解決以及檢討,這一連串的作業無疑是將許多基礎課程所學做了最完整總結。
課程的目的希望由邏輯思考訓練開始,接者了解決策可以使用的工具及溝通技巧,進而透過個案討論,學習如何分析問題,尋找解決的方法以及作出理性的決策。課程中將要求同學閱讀分享,培養閱讀及分享的習慣,建構學習型組織的雛形。
Decision-making is an activity that combines logical thinking, planning, method application, etc. The decision-making process starts from the judgment and analysis of previous problems, to the control of the execution process, the selection of methods, to the solution and review of the final problem. This series of homework is undoubtedly the most complete summary of what has been learned in many basic courses.
The purpose of the course is to start with logical thinking training, so that students can understand the tools and communication skills that can be used in decision-making, and then through case discussions, learn how to analyze problems, find solutions and make rational decisions. In the course, students will be required to read and share, develop the habit of reading and sharing, and build the prototype of a learning organization.
