生產/服務、行銷、人力資源管理、研發、及財務為企業運作所需之基本功能，然企業運作績效之優劣，有賴於對上述基本功能內含之關鍵決策進行妥善與適切的整體規劃與設計。本課程之主旨在讓學習者透過本課程，學習企業關鍵流程與決策的分析與辨識，在建立對企業整體運作的認識與理解之後，發展安排企業關鍵決策與政策在本末、輕重、先後、緩急等構面上的整體規劃與設計能力。Production/service, marketing, human resource management, research and development, and finance are the basic functions required for enterprise operations.
