教育目標 Course Target

- 以宏觀的角度,了解組織如何運作,深入認識組織組成的各個元素,以及結構設計、制度建立、文化形成…等各大議題 - 以流程的觀點,了解組織興衰的歷程及原因,並認識常見的管理實務與操作 - 了解組織理論的重要學者與觀點,並試著結合理論與生活,融入並應用於日常見聞之中 - 介紹當代熱門議題,如:企業社會責任,藉由個案教學及議題討論,培養多元觀點 - 鼓勵學生於互動討論過程中發言,培養意見表達及獨力思考的能力- Understand how organizations operate from a macro perspective, and gain an in-depth understanding of various elements of an organization, as well as major issues such as structural design, system establishment, and culture formation... - From a process perspective, understand the history and reasons of the rise and fall of organizations, and understand common management practices and operations - Understand the important scholars and views of organizational theory, and try to combine theory with life, integrate and apply it to daily news - Introduce contemporary hot topics, such as corporate social responsibility, and cultivate diverse perspectives through case teaching and topic discussions - Encourage students to speak during interactive discussions and develop their ability to express opinions and think independently.


課程概述 Course Description

組織理論與管理的主題關注發生在組織間、組織中的現象。本課程指在協助學生了解「組織理論」的相關理論,包括策略擬定、組織設計、組織文化、國際化等主題,將分成環境、組織間、組織內等層次依序介紹。除了課程講授,亦適度引入當紅的重要議題,如:企業社會責任、永續經營等,並搭配期刊文章閱讀與個案討論,有助學生將所學知識應用於生活現象之中。
The topic of organization theory and management focuses on phenomena that occur between and within organizations. This course helps students understand the relevant theories of "organizational theory", including strategy formulation, organizational design, organizational culture, internationalization and other topics. It will be introduced sequentially at the environmental, inter-organizational, and intra-organizational levels. In addition to course lectures, popular and important topics such as corporate social responsibility, sustainable management, etc. are also appropriately introduced, coupled with reading of journal articles and case discussions, to help students apply the knowledge they have learned to daily life phenomena.
