實證醫學的推動與實踐是世界潮流的脈動，我們國家的醫學教育已將此列為訓練核心，由於病人的主要照護決策權是由臨床醫師與病人共同決定，所以醫療實務上，運用醫病共享決策(Shared Decision Making)是一重要趨勢。醫病共享決策是合作的過程，讓病人與醫療提供者共同做出醫療決定，這個決定是運用實證醫學上的證據。由於醫療決策不再是單由醫師決定，而是擴及所有相關領域，可見實證醫學對於醫務管理亦是重要一環。本課程內容以教師所提供的上課講義為主，搭配建議參考的書籍，期學生可以獨立獲取實證醫學證據，並書面與口頭成果報告。The promotion and practice of evidence-based medicine is the pulse of the world trend. Our country's medical education has listed this as the core of training. Since the main decision-making power of patient care is jointly decided by clinicians and patients, in medical practice, the use of medical-patient sharing Shared Decision Making is an important trend. Shared medical decision-making is a collaborative process that allows patients and medical providers to jointly make medical decisions based on evidence from empirical medicine. Since medical decisions are no longer made by doctors alone, but extend to all related fields, it can be seen that evidence-based medicine is also an important part of medical management. The content of this course is mainly based on the lecture notes provided by the teacher, coupled with recommended reference books. Students can independently obtain empirical medical evidence and report written and oral results.
