使學生熟習知識管理相關理論：1）知識創造；2）資源基礎觀點與動態組織能力理論；3）組織學習；4）知識移轉；5）組織間學習與網絡學習；6）結構基礎知識觀點，協助學生建立相關研究所需的理論基礎，並建立研讀英文論文能力和報告能力。To familiarize students with relevant theories of knowledge management: 1) knowledge creation; 2) resource-based view and dynamic organizational capabilities theory; 3) organizational learning; 4) knowledge transfer; 5) inter-organizational learning and network learning; 6) structural-based knowledge view , assisting students in establishing the theoretical foundation required for relevant research, and building their ability to study English papers and report on them.
