課程概述:
本課程透過原文期刊文獻的閱讀,小組討論,以及實驗的操作,訓練碩博士班以及大學部高年級學生吸收最新專業領域知識的能力及技巧。此外並在動手從事研究的過程中,培養獨立操作儀器設備的能力,分析實驗數據的方法,以期未來成為細胞電生理研究相關領域之專業人員。The electrophysiological activity of cells is generated by the activity of ion channels on the cell membrane surface. For example, ion channels in nerve and muscle cells have the function of initiating, transmitting, and terminating electrical activity. In other non-excitable cells, ion channels also regulate many key physiological processes, such as the reabsorption of water in the renal tubules, the release of insulin from the pancreatic islet gland, the process of egg fertilization, and the development of immune cells. The goal of this course is to enable students to gradually acquire the ability to independently operate instruments and equipment through the reading of research literature, group discussions, and experimental operations, as well as to acquire the latest physiology, pathology, and translational medicine in the fields related to ion channel research. Course Overview:
This course trains senior students in master's and doctoral programs as well as undergraduate students to acquire the ability and skills to absorb the latest knowledge in professional fields through the reading of original journal documents, group discussions, and the operation of experiments. In addition, in the process of hands-on research, students will develop the ability to independently operate instruments and equipment and analyze experimental data, with a view to becoming professionals in fields related to cell electrophysiology research in the future.
