課程目標：精進有機化學的理論與實務運用的能力，使學生修習後能對有機化學知識加廣加深，進入產業界及學術界後，有能力從事高階研究與創新發展之事業。
課程內涵:本課程延續基礎有機化學內涵，著重在化學結構的認識，並利用基本物理原理解釋化學反應之變化。課程內容共分八章，將從化學鍵結與結構開始介紹，接著介紹各種類型之反應中間體，認識多變化之化學反應，第3、4章介紹光化學反應及沒有中間體的協同反應，第五章介紹雜環化合物及常見之生物鹼，第六張介紹有機硼、有機矽、有機錫等化合物在有機反應中的角色，第七章則介紹有機聚合物的合成及可生物分解的聚合物。最後一章介紹碳水化合物和氨基酸的結構和化學反應。Course goal: To improve the ability to apply the theory and practice of organic chemistry, so that students can broaden and deepen their knowledge of organic chemistry after the course.
