To have the students learn the preparations and physical properties of the advanced optoelectronic materials, by literature review and practices.
It will include: 1. the fabrication/preparation of optoelectronic materials, 2. characterizations be scanning probe microscopy, electron microscopy, optical spectroscopy, and X-ray diffractometry.Through literature reading and practice, students can learn to use advanced optoelectronic materials to produce and analyze physical properties.
