本課程是針對桌球校隊每個人從基本動作:正反手、直線、斜線,依照每個人不同的能力需求作加強,從速度、質量來開始作調整,以多球訓練,項目如下:推、側、撲和正手弧圈…等。而體能訓練也是著重的重點之ㄧ,肌力以衝刺100公尺,耐力以3000公尺,而靈活度則以折返跑做為訓練,以此些內容做為訓練校隊球員之課程。
This course is to strengthen each individual of the billiards school team from basic actions: forehand, straight line, and oblique line according to each person's different ability needs, adjust it from speed and quality, and practice with multi-ball. The items are as follows: Promote, Side, skeleton and forehand circles…etc. Physical training is also one of the key points. The muscle strength is 100 meters, the endurance is 3,000 meters, and the flexibility is employed as a training course for reversing running, and these contents are used as a training course for school team players.
