課程概述 Course Description

本課程是針對桌球校隊每個人從基本動作:正反手、直線、斜線,依照每個人不同的能力需求作加強,從速度、質量來開始作調整,以多球訓練,項目如下:推、側、撲和正手弧圈…等。而體能訓練也是著重的重點之ㄧ,肌力以衝刺100公尺,耐力以3000公尺,而靈活度則以折返跑做為訓練,以此些內容做為訓練校隊球員之課程。
This course is for everyone in the table tennis school team to start with the basic movements: forehand and backhand, straight line, and diagonal line. It will be strengthened according to the different ability needs of each person. It will be adjusted starting from speed and quality. It will be trained with multiple balls. The items are as follows: pushing, Side, flop and forehand loops...etc. Physical training is also a focus. Muscle strength is trained by sprinting 100 meters, endurance is trained by 3,000 meters, and flexibility is trained by running back and forth. These contents are used as training courses for school team players.
