教育目標 Course Target

一.能夠精熟個人排球基本技能. 二.瞭解自己個人缺失,在訓練過程加強練習. 三.強化個人技巧之外能融入並配合團隊練習. 四.遵守團隊的規律,提昇團隊精神.1. Be able to master the basic skills of individual volleyball. 2. Understand your own personal shortcomings and strengthen practice during the training process. 3. Be able to integrate and cooperate with team exercises in addition to strengthening personal skills. 4. Abide by the rules of the team and improve team spirit.
