教育目標 Course Target
1.提升運動技能，增加體育認知，培養終身運動習慣。
2.增加健康體能、提升生活適應能力。
3.建立休閒及規律運動觀念，促進身心健康。
4.鼓勵自我超越，發揮運動潛能。
5.藉由競賽規範，培養守法觀念，發展良好社會行為。
1. Improve sports skills, increase physical education knowledge, and cultivate physical exercise habits.
2. Increase health energy and improve life adaptability.
3. Establish leisure and regular sports awareness to promote physical and mental health.
4. Encourage self-transcendence and create potential for sports.
5. Through competition rules, cultivate the concept of law-abiding and develop good social behavior.
