這門課著重在探討教師專業倫理與發展，並透過了解電子檔案在教學上的運用，理解教師之專業發展。本課程將探討教師專業發展之意涵與階段，並介紹電子學習檔案及運用它在教學及教師專業成長的可能性。透過實作，在師培階段學生了解如何以Ｅ檔案為collection, selection, presentation and reflection,以及在教育上的運用，提升其反思能力。
這門課透過lecture, readings, discussion, hands-on works, &presentation等學習活動，探討教師專業發展，並利用建置電子檔案在教學上的運用，以促進師資生進行教師專業之發展。修習本課程之學生需配合教學使用一般網頁軟體建置一份自己的電子學習歷程檔案，持續記錄在東海大學師培中心各方面的學習，期末並將練習使用電子檔案呈現在師培的學習成果。This course focuses on exploring the professional ethics and development of teachers, and understanding the professional development of teachers through understanding the use of electronic files in teaching. This course will explore the implications and stages of teacher professional development, and introduce the electronic learning file and the possibility of using it in teaching and teacher professional growth. Through practice, students in the teacher training stage learn how to use E files as collection, selection, presentation and reflection, as well as their use in education to improve their reflection ability.
This course explores the professional development of teachers through learning activities such as lessons, readings, discussions, hands-on works, & presentation, etc., and uses the use of building electronic files in teaching to promote teacher students to develop teachers' professional development. Students who are studying this course must cooperate with the teaching to use general web software to build their own electronic learning course file, continue to record all aspects of learning in the Donghai University Teacher Training Center, and at the end of the period, the training of electronic files will be presented to present the learning results of current teacher training. .
這門課著重在於研究電子學習檔案在教學上的運用，課程從各類的文獻探討介紹電子學習檔案的定義、種類、及其如何被使用在教學及教師專業成長的可能性。教學也將討論目前最常被使用的幾種電子檔案模式，並分析各種模式的優缺點。學生將配合教學使用一般網頁軟體發展一份自己的電子檔案，在期末每位學生將使用電子檔案來展現在師資培育中心的學習過程與心得。
This course focuses on studying the use of electronic learning files in teaching. The course explores the definition, types of electronic learning files, and the possibility of how they are used in teaching and teacher professional growth from various literatures. Teaching will also discuss several electronic file patterns that are most commonly used, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various patterns. Students will cooperate with teaching to use general web software to develop their own electronic files. At the end of the period, each student will use electronic files to show the learning process and experience of the Teachers' Cultivation Center.
