現今知識經濟全球化，伴隨高齡化、少子化的社會趨勢以及產業結構的快速變遷，出現人才全球移動新現象，新型態的工作種類亦持續增加。如何培育未來產業所需的人才與提升學生生涯競爭力，以因應多元世界的競爭與挑戰，乃是當前各界所需面對之重要課題之一。有鑒於此，本課程將「產學合作、企業接軌」設定為發展目標之一，希冀經由邀請跨領域企業現身說法無縫接軌，透過東海特有的博雅學習教育，積極走入社會與產業，培育具有實踐力與終身永續學習之人才。Today's knowledge-based economy is globalized. Along with the social trends of aging and declining birthrates, as well as the rapid changes in industrial structure, a new phenomenon of global mobility of talents has emerged, and new types of jobs have continued to increase. How to cultivate the talents needed for future industries and enhance students' career competitiveness to cope with competition and challenges in a diverse world is one of the important issues that all walks of life need to face today. In view of this, this course has set "industry-university cooperation and enterprise integration" as one of its development goals. It hopes to achieve seamless integration by inviting cross-field enterprises to speak out, and through Donghai's unique liberal arts learning and education, actively enter society and industry, and cultivate talents with Talents with practical ability and lifelong continuous learning.
