現今知識經濟全球化，伴隨高齡化、少子化的社會趨勢以及產業結構的快速變遷，出現人才全球移動新現象，新型態的工作種類亦持續增加。如何培育未來產業所需的人才與提升學生生涯競爭力，以因應多元世界的競爭與挑戰，乃是當前各界所需面對之重要課題之一。有鑒於此，本課程將「產學合作、企業接軌」設定為發展目標之一，希冀經由邀請跨領域企業現身說法無縫接軌，透過東海特有的博雅學習教育，積極走入社會與產業，培育具有實踐力與終身永續學習之人才。Today's knowledge economy globalization, accompanied by high-end and low-birth social trends and rapid changes in the industry structure, new trends of global movement of talents have emerged, and new types of work have also continued to increase. How to cultivate the talents needed for future industries and improve students' career competitiveness to respond to competition and challenges in a diverse world is one of the important topics that all walks of life need to face.
