在執行上,將有下列具體措施﹕
本課程採用美式的 Workshop 方式設計,課程的每一環結都經過精心的規劃,先做創業業態分析,然後引導學員選擇一個實體通路當做範本,逐步的導入整個創業技巧的重要觀念及作法,包含創業課程解說及小組討論、詳細講義及操作性表格參考、遠端指導創業學習、實作指導等。並規劃大量互動及參與式學習,使學員能透過實際之演練,學習真正創業的過程,並於課後可以立即實際運用,實現創業夢想。
課程的規劃及說明如下:
1.課堂上解說
在一開始先為學員說明整個課程的目的、訓練流程及訓練益處,讓學員明暸課程的安排,並建立學員的期待。使學員能在一開始就清楚創業的重要觀念,並引發學員對課程的學習動機。透過每堂課的主題,詳細解說專業術語以及實務上運用的方法與時機,過程有些需要演練或者透過活動來讓學員熟悉創業思路與技術。並就學員挑選創業的項目,以成功案例為標竿,說明其成功關鍵因素。並且,在創業過程中,討論如何規畫能超越標竿或者能在眾多競爭者脫穎而出的作法。演練或活動由講師帶領小組討論的方式,探討每個創業的核心關鍵。並由講師作歸類及總結。
2.詳細講義及操作性表格參考
由於課程安排每週一堂一主題,因此學員回去時給予學員詳細的講義與操作性表格給予學員回去時複習與演練。並要求學員選擇一個創業標的,每週一個進度,十週完成創業實務演練。
3.遠端指導創業學習
學員回去演練過程中,必有很多似懂非懂的疑問,因此學習過程中,我們透過網路工具遠端輔導,隨時解除學員迷惑之處。另外我們也成立創業社群,讓創業者可以在創業平台上互相支援、互相學習。
4.實作指導
這系列課程不只是觀念的灌輸,而是真正落實創業的實現。所以講師不是只有課程上課,或華麗的專業術語,是創業教練。一步一腳印的專業輔導創業。

This course is designed using the American Workshop method. Each link of the course has been carefully planned. It first conducts an analysis of the entrepreneurial industry, and then guides students to choose a physical channel as a model, and gradually introduces the important concepts and practices of the entire entrepreneurial skills, including entrepreneurship. Course explanations and group discussions, detailed handouts and operational table references, remote guidance for entrepreneurial learning, practical guidance, etc. A large amount of interactive and participatory learning is planned so that students can learn the real entrepreneurial process through practical exercises and can apply it immediately after class to realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
The course planning and description are as follows:
1. Explanation in class
At the beginning, explain to students the purpose, training process and training benefits of the entire course, so that students can understand the course arrangements and build their expectations. This enables students to understand the important concepts of entrepreneurship from the very beginning and stimulates students' motivation to learn the course. Through the theme of each class, professional terminology and practical application methods and opportunities are explained in detail. Some processes require drills or activities to familiarize students with entrepreneurial ideas and technologies. We also use successful cases as benchmarks to explain the key success factors for students to select entrepreneurial projects. Also, during the entrepreneurial process, discuss how to plan practices that can exceed the benchmark or stand out from many competitors. Exercises or activities are conducted in the form of group discussions led by instructors to explore the core keys of each startup. The lectures will be classified and summarized by the lecturer.
2. Detailed handouts and operational tables for reference
Since the course is arranged to have one class per topic per week, students will be given detailed handouts and operational tables for review and practice when they return. Students are also required to choose an entrepreneurial target, progress each week, and complete practical entrepreneurial exercises in ten weeks.
3. Remote guidance for entrepreneurship learning
When students go back to practice, they must have many questions that they don't understand. Therefore, during the learning process, we use online tools for remote tutoring to eliminate students' confusion at any time. In addition, we have also established an entrepreneurial community so that entrepreneurs can support and learn from each other on the entrepreneurial platform.
4. Implementation guidance
