本課程定位為全人導向的領導力教育,專為即將面對挑戰的學生領袖而設計。課程中以全人教育理念為經,領導者必備的核心品格為緯,除回應各種場域的需求與期待外,同時並針對當代年青人的學習特質,規劃富有互動及體驗的學習活動,旨在引導學生領袖們在活潑的學習氛圍中熟習品格,以獲得建立及經營團隊之能力。完成本課程,學生將能:
1. 明瞭成為領袖的意涵、角色與效益。
2. 了解日常服務場域運作中常見問題的本質與因應的品格
3. 認識七種領導者必備的品格特質架構,並深入瞭解五項核心品格的要義。
4. 清楚習慣在品格建造中的角色,並掌握改變習慣的要領。
5. 建立解決建立及經營團隊相關問題和抉擇的能力。
6. 熟習在團隊中學習和解決問題的能力。
本課程並將進行課程研究,探討如何將相關理論實踐於勞作教育場域中,而能提升勞作生如何成為稱職的團隊成員,以及在團體中成長之能力。期末將統整修課同學所收集之資料及研究成果,整理成研究論文,並在相關之研討會中加以發表。
This course is positioned as a guided leadership education that is fully-oriented and designed for students who are about to face challenges. The course is based on the whole-person educational philosophy, and the core character that leaders must have. In addition to responding to the needs and expectations of various fields, they also highlight the learning characteristics of contemporary young people and plan interactive and experienced learning activities. Instruct students to familiarize themselves with character in a lively learning atmosphere to gain the ability to build and run teams. After completing this course, students will be able to:
1. Understand the meaning, role and benefits of becoming a leader.
2. Understand the nature and corresponding character of common problems in daily service field operations
3. Understand the seven essential character structures for leaders, and deeply understand the key points of the five core qualities.
4. Be clear about the role of habits in character building and master the key points of changing habits.
5. Establish the ability to solve problems and decisions related to the establishment and operation of teams.
6. Be familiar with the ability to learn and solve problems in the team.
This course will also conduct course research to explore how to implement relevant theories in the field of education, which can improve students' ability to become a vocational team member and grow in the group. At the end of the period, the data and research results collected by the students in the unified renovation course will be sorted into research papers and published in related seminars.
