教育目標 Course Target

在今日國際社會中,人權已經成為眾人皆曰良善的價值信念。聯合國、區域組織、與志同道合之政府還有民間團體皆強調人權保障的重要性,並發為行動,透過各種不同層級的作為來促進人權價值的落實。本課程設計的主旨,在於讓學生對於此當代國際關係重要議題建立基礎性理解。課程內容將包括人權發展的歷史、人權理念與文明的互動、人權價值的國際化、國際人權規範的具體內容、人權侵害的類型與性質,弱勢群體人權保障,人權運動的倡議者與協力者等。除課堂講授外,並將要求學生針對不同主題尋找相關個案進行報告,以培養學生蒐集資訊與正確分析能力。In today's international society, human rights have become a good value belief for everyone. The United Nations, regional organizations, like-minded governments, and civil society organizations all emphasize the importance of human rights protection and take action to promote the implementation of human rights values ​​through actions at various levels. The purpose of this course is to enable students to establish a basic understanding of this important issue in contemporary international relations. The course content will include the history of the development of human rights, the interaction between human rights concepts and civilization, the internationalization of human rights values, the specific content of international human rights norms, the types and nature of human rights violations, human rights protection for vulnerable groups, advocates and collaborators of the human rights movement, etc. . In addition to classroom lectures, students will be required to find relevant cases and report on different topics to cultivate students' ability to collect information and correctly analyze.
