本課程是希望透過自由民主在台灣施行的經驗,瞭解落實公民文化的成就與困境。在方法上是從歷史的回溯,梳理自由民主社會的發展的軌跡,其中包括各種思潮與治理制度的變遷,二方面是人權保障的「進」(人權保障的落實)與「退」(人權保障遭逢的困境)。期望學生可以深入理解當代各種主義的機會與限制,作為我國持續推動自由民主發展的知識基礎。This course is to understand the achievements and difficulties of implementing civic culture through experiences in implementing freedom and democracy in Taiwan.
