本課程主要針對銀髮族之營養照護,討論對象的範圍除健康老人之外,也擴及有疾病之老人。本課程將針對老人身體各部位構造衰退開始進行講解,再闡述台灣現今對老人照護所有的相關法規,並實際了解社區和學生組織對弱勢老人服務的情形。本課程預計透過不同主題課堂講授介紹、相關議題討論與分組討論方式傳授教導學生,並將邀請相關領域專家進行演講。This course is mainly aimed at nutritional care for seniors. In addition to healthy elderly people, the scope of discussion also extends to elderly people with diseases. This course will start with an explanation of the structural decline of various parts of the elderly's body, then elaborate on all relevant regulations on elderly care in Taiwan, and actually understand the situation of community and student organizations serving vulnerable elderly people. This course is expected to teach students through classroom lectures on different topics, discussions on related topics and group discussions, and experts in related fields will be invited to give lectures.
