本課程主要針對銀髮族之營養照護,討論對象的範圍除健康老人之外,也擴及有疾病之老人。本課程將針對老人身體各部位構造衰退開始進行講解,再闡述台灣現今對老人照護所有的相關法規,並實際了解社區和學生組織對弱勢老人服務的情形。本課程預計透過不同主題課堂講授介紹、相關議題討論與分組討論方式傳授教導學生,並將邀請相關領域專家進行演講。This course mainly focuses on nursing care for silver hair tribes, and discusses the scope of the targets not only healthy elderly people, but also expands to elderly people with illnesses. This course will begin to explain the decline in the structure of the elderly in various parts of the body, and then describe all relevant laws and regulations on care for elderly people in Taiwan, and actually understand the situation of community and student organizations serving weak elderly people. This course is intended to teach students through lecture introductions, related topic discussions and sub-group discussions, and experts from relevant fields will be invited to give lectures.
