本課程目標主要是藉由許多日常生活中與化學有關的事物，以簡單清楚的化學知識及原理來說明，讓修課同學了解化學的普遍性、實用性與趣味性，進而引發同學學習自然科學的興趣及提昇科學推理和明辨真偽能力。The purpose of this course is mainly to use many things related to chemistry in daily life to explain it with simple and clear chemical knowledge and principles, so that students in the course can understand the universality, practicality and interest of chemistry, and thus lead to students learning about natural sciences and enhance scientific reasoning and discernment ability.
