The objective of this course is to equip students with knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their future global careers.

• Understanding of the future of work and its driving forces
• Understanding of what employers are looking for in a candidate
• Understanding of yourself and impact on career choices
• Articulate career areas and roles you are are exploring or pursuing
• Ability to explore, analyze and navigate the global talent marketplace
• Ability to navigate the job application process effectively
• Ability to construct effective resumes, and LinkedIn social profiles
• Learn smart behavioral interviewing techniques
• Ability to develop strong career communications
• Familiarity with the job offer process and salary negotiation
• Ability to develop or acquire the critical skills and resources required to achieve success
