Course Objectives:
The objective of this course is to explore the implications that the process of internationalization has for the activities and policies of human resource management by taking three approaches: cross-cultural management, comparative industrial relations, and particularly multinational enterprise management.
Course Contents:
This course focuses mainly on the process of discussion, and lectures will be delivered to illustrate business theory and show the application of such theory. This course is designed to provide students with the chance to discuss real-life business scenarios or fictitious accounts of a business situation or dilemma, hence a heavy weight of individual participation frequency. In addition, group project is undertaken to implement problem-solving skills.
