本課程透過租賃住宅實例演習，分析案件所涉及之租賃條例、民法、消費者保護法以及訴訟法之爭點，藉由實務案件之分析、討論與整理以及政府或民間實務工作者的經驗教學，使同學具備解決訴訟外租賃住宅實務爭議之能力，以作為日後執業能力及從事法學實務之能力之基礎。This course uses real-life examples of rental housing exercises to analyze the issues involved in the case including the rental regulations, civil law, consumer protection law and litigation law. Through the analysis, discussion and arrangement of practical cases and the experience teaching of government or private practitioners, To equip students with the ability to resolve practical disputes over rental housing outside of litigation, which will serve as the basis for their future professional abilities and ability to engage in legal practice.
