教育目標 Course Target
本課程延續民事訴訟法第一審程序，針對民事特別程序加以闡述，其內容包括簡易訴訟程序、小額訴訟程序、調解程序、和解程序、保全程序、第二審及第三審之上訴程序、督促程序等，以期完成民事訴訟體系之研習。
This course extends the first review procedure of the Civil Notice Law, and describes the special civil procedures. Its content includes simple complaint procedures, small-scale complaint procedures, adjustment procedures, settlement procedures, preservation procedures, second and third reviews, supervision procedures, etc., in order to complete the research on the civil Notice system.
