教育目標 Course Target
本課程延續民事訴訟法第一審程序，針對民事特別程序加以闡述，其內容包括簡易訴訟程序、小額訴訟程序、調解程序、和解程序、保全程序、第二審及第三審之上訴程序、督促程序等，以期完成民事訴訟體系之研習。
This course continues the first-instance procedure of the Civil Procedure Law and explains the special civil procedures. Its content includes simple litigation procedures, small claims procedures, mediation procedures, settlement procedures, preservation procedures, second- and third-instance appeal procedures, supervision procedures, etc., with a view to completing the study of the civil litigation system.
