Teach the enforcement procedures, legal regulations and practical insights, hoping to pay equal attention to both theory and practice.
使學生瞭解強制執行法規定各事項之內容，及強制執行應有之使命程序。俾從事民事強制執行實務工作及修訂民事強制執行法典，均 應有正確準據，學以致用。
To enable students to understand the contents of various matters stipulated in the Enforcement Law and the procedures for enforcing tasks. In order to engage in civil enforcement practical work and revise the civil enforcement code, there should be correct standards and application of what is learned.
