教育目標 Course Target
本課程透過租賃住宅實例演習，分析案件所涉及之租賃條例、民法、消費者保護法以及訴訟法之爭點，藉由實務案件之分析、討論與整理以及政府或民間實務工作者的經驗教學，使同學具備解決訴訟外租賃住宅實務爭議之能力，以作為日後執業能力及從事法學實務之能力之基礎。
This course uses real-life rental housing practice exercises to analyze the issues involved in the case involving leasing regulations, civil law, consumer protection law, and litigation law. Through the analysis, discussion, and arrangement of practical cases and the experience teaching of government or private practitioners, students will be equipped with the ability to resolve non-litigation rental housing practical disputes, which will serve as the basis for their future professional abilities and ability to engage in legal practice.
